Public Hearings are held in the City of Deerfield Beach for the approval of the various items that are reviewed by the Development Review Committee (DRC). The location of all boards is in the City Commission Chambers located at 150 N.E. 2nd Avenue. All meetings dates are subject to change. Applicants are expected to be present at all meetings which apply to their application.
Planning and Zoning Board – 1st Thursday of the Month – 7:00 p.m. The Board reviews and holds public hearings and makes recommendations to the City Commission on site plans, plats, vacation and abandonments of public rights-of-way, rezoning, and Land Development Code amendments. All recommendations of the Board are presented to the City Commission.
