Beach Parking Permit

The City of Deerfield Beach Residential Parking Permit is available ONLY to residents of Deerfield Beach.
Starting the week of Monday, November 1, 2021, the beach parking permit, for calendar year 2022, will be available via our on-line permit portal.

The annual cost is $75.00 for the period covering: January 1, 2022 until December 31, 2022.

Please note: Permits are not prorated and overnight parking is strictly prohibited.

Per City Ordinance, the following documents are required to purchase the beach parking permit.

  1. Current and valid driver's license.
  2. Current vehicle registration in the name of the applicant or evidence that the applicant has a lease on the vehicle for which the permit is to be purchased.
  3. Current utility bill reflecting a Deerfield Beach address for the applicant
  4. In lieu of a utility bill, a valid Florida voter registration card for the applicant with a Deerfield Beach address. 

Please note: ALL documents must be in the applicant's name.

Residential Beach Permit Locations

A Residential Beach Permit is valid ONLY at the locations listed below. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you occupy an on-street parking space, you will be required to pay for your parking session at one of the multi-space parking meters or from the WAYTOPARK app. Failure to do so will result in a parking citation that carries a fine amount of $30.00.

Please note: during special events permit parking will not be available in certain areas. Please plan accordingly.

Boat Ramp Parking Permit

Pioneer Park Boat Ramp is Broward County’s northernmost access to the ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway.
The boat trailer parking permit provides year-round, unlimited access to the boat ramp and trailer parking.

Starting the week of Monday, November 1, 2021, the Pioneer Park Boat Ramp parking permit will be made available for calendar year 2022, via our on-line permit portal.

The annual cost is $100.00 for the period covering: January 1, 2022 until December 31, 2022.

Please note: Parking Permits are not prorated and parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis..

  1. Current and valid driver's license.
  2. Current vehicle registration in the name of the applicant. 

Please note: BOTH documents must be in the applicant's name.

Sticker Placement for 2021

The sticker placement for the calendar year 2021 shall be permanently affixed to the exterior side of the glass on the rear window on the driver's side. 

Convertibles are to affix the sticker to the left rear bumper.

NOTICE:
Starting the week of Monday, November 1, 2021, Deerfield Beach residents interested in purchasing a beach parking permit for the calendar year 2022 (January-December), will be required to do so online by visiting: www.dfb.city/permitparking.

2021 will be the last year a physical sticker will be used as a parking permit. You will be required to create an on-line account and submit all pertinent documents. Once approved, the vehicle license plate becomes your 'digital parking permit'

All patrons interested in purchasing a Pioneer Park boat ramp parking permit will be required to follow the same procedure.

Section 66-78 (b) prohibits the sale of a residential beach parking permit to anyone that has and owes unpaid parking citations in Deerfield Beach. Failure to satisfy any/all outstanding parking citations will result in the revocation of the Beach Parking Permit until such time that the citation(s) is paid.
