Join the City of Deerfield Beach for a series of Earth and Arbor Day events to celebrate the planet in all corners of the community. 

Schedule of Events

Beach Cleanup CANCELLED

April 4, 2020 | 9AM - 12PM

Volunteers will gather in Deerfield Beach at the chickee hut across from the Fire Station at 71 SE 21st Ave. The cleanup will run from 9 AM to 12 PM. Materials including gloves, bags, and water will be provided. Parking passes for the duration of the event will be available to the first 30 volunteers.

Green Grow Bloom CANCELLED

April 18, 2020 | 9AM - 12PM

Green Grow Bloom is hosted by the Friends of the Arboretum at Constitution Park, 2841 W. Hillsboro Blvd. The event will be hosted from 9 AM to 12 PM on Saturday April 13th. Green Grow Bloom will consist of a native plant sale and Arboretum tours.

Tree Giveaway CANCELLED

April 25, 2020 | 9AM - 11AM

The City will conclude Earth Month with the annual Tree Giveaway on Saturday April 25th at Central City Campus, 401 SW 4^th Street, Deerfield Beach. The giveaway will take place from 9 AM to 11 AM. A selection of native and non-native trees will be available. Tree species are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Participants will be required to provide proof of residency upon receiving a tree.
