I would like to remind everyone that the annual Glow in the Park event is tomorrow, Saturday, November 9th. It is at Constitution Park (2841 West Hillsboro Boulevard) from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Pre-registration is required as this event has always sold out in the past. Come join a family-friendly evening with glow-in-the-dark putt-putt golf, UV balloon art, neon face painting, giant Twister and other games. The cost is only $5.00. Pizza, popcorn, and other refreshments will be available for separate purchase. I hope to see you there.

The City of Deerfield Beach Parks and Recreation Department will be hosting Glow in the Park, Saturday, November 9 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Constitution Park, 2841 W. Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach FL 33442.
City Facilities Closed for Veteran’s Day
All City facilities, with exception to the Deerfield Beach International Fishing Pier, will be closed on Monday, November 11, 2019. The Aquatic Center will be open holiday hours from 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
Free Pier Admissions for Veterans and Active Duty Military Personnel on Veterans Day

2020 Census Community Meeting
The City of Deerfield Beach is hosting a 2020 Census Community meeting on Thursday, November 14 at 6:30 PM in the City Commission Chambers located at 150 NE 2 Avenue, Deerfield Beach. The purpose of the meeting is to provide information to the Community and begin planning for the 2020 Census.
