I would like to remind everyone that The Big Buck music festival will be held on Saturday, August 3 at the Oveta McKeithen Recreational Complex. Multi-platinum, Grammy award winning artist Lil Jon will be the headliner. Trick Daddy and Trina will also be performing. Please note that some lyrics are for an adult audience. Tickets are only $2 for Deerfield Beach residents and $5 for non-residents. You can get your tickets on Eventbrite (enter "dfbresidents" for the discount).
There will be no on-site parking for this event. However, the City will offer free shuttle service from the following locations:

The City of Deerfield Beach in partnership with Irie Weekend Management and the Irie Foundation is thrilled to announce that multi-platinum, Grammy award winning artist, Lil Jon, will headline Deerfield Beach’s second annual music festival, The Big Buck, on Saturday, August 3, 2019.

The City of Deerfield Beach Parks and Recreation Department would like to inform ticket holders attending The Big Buck Music Fest that free parking and complimentary shuttles will be available for this event which, takes place on Saturday, August 3, 2019, at the Oveta McKeithen Recreational Complex, located at 445 SW 2 Avenue.

District Four Commissioner, Todd Drosky is happy to host Saturday office hours, August 3, 2019, at City Hall located at 150 NE Second Ave., Deerfield Beach. Vice Mayor Drosky will be available to meet with constituents on an appointment basis, between the hours of 10:00 AM-Noon.
Volunteer Mentors Needed
The City of Deerfield Beach is seeking volunteers who can commit to meeting with a student at Deerfield Park Elementary or Park Ridge Elementary for one-hour each week, continuing for twenty-five weeks.
2019 Back to School Supply Drive
Please join the City of Deerfield Beach and the Broward Education Foundation in our school supply drive. Help us collect school supplies for Broward County public school students in need. Participants are encouraged to donate composition books, rulers, washable markers, index cards, dry erase markers, backpacks, notebooks, filler paper, 4 oz. glue bottles, and pink erasers.
