D4 News

Hello friends,

I am excited to announce that city staff and I will be conducting a District 4 walking audit on Saturday, February 9 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.  We will be meeting at Constitution Park (2841 West Hillsboro Boulevard) at 9:00 a.m.  Participants are asked to wear comfortable shoes as you will be walking approximately one mile.

The audit will concentrate on the Hillsboro Boulevard/Powerline Road intersection and the Deer Run neighborhood.  The purpose of the audit is to identify ways to improve our community and to identify connectivity concerns in the corridor.

The audit will be held rain or shine so please bring a jacket or umbrella.

I'm looking forward to a great turnout and I hope to see you there!

Todd Drosky

Commissioner
