I am excited to announce that city staff and I will be conducting a District 4 walking audit on Saturday, February 9 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. We will be meeting at Constitution Park (2841 West Hillsboro Boulevard) at 9:00 a.m. Participants are asked to wear comfortable shoes as you will be walking approximately one mile.
The audit will concentrate on the Hillsboro Boulevard/Powerline Road intersection and the Deer Run neighborhood. The purpose of the audit is to identify ways to improve our community and to identify connectivity concerns in the corridor.
