D4 News

Hello friends,

I would like to let everyone know that BSO is sponsoring a Family Fun Ride & Bike Rodeo tomorrow, October 28th in Quiet Waters Park from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM. There will be 1, 2 and 3 mile loop options for riders. The event will begin in Quiet Waters Park. Surrounding roads will be closed to provide a safe and fun recreational riding experience. There will also be a Bike Safety Rodeo, Halloween Bike Decoration Contest and Trunk or Treat Event.

Please note that the S.W. 10th Street kick-off meeting has been rescheduled to November 15th. It is still at the DoubleTree Hotel (100 Fairway Drive) from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. The previous date, which has been canceled, was November 1st.

On November 9th at 7:00 PM I will be hosting another town hall event at Constitution Park. For those of you who have attended my previous town halls you know they are issue specific. The November 9th town hall will focus on the city budget that was recently passed as well as Hurricane Irma.

Have a great weekend!
