Starting on Tuesday, September 8, 2020, the City of Deerfield Beach/Department of Active Aging’s CDBG transportation services will resume regular operating hours 10 am – 3 pm, Monday through Friday.

CDBG transportation services are for Deerfield Beach residents, 62 years old and older.

An additional stop at Winn Dixie on Federal Highway has been added along with Aldi on Wednesdays.

CDBG transportation services are provided hourly to and from the Center for Active Aging, the Palms, B’nai B’rith, Praxis, and Highland Gardens to the Festival Flea Market on Mondays, Wal-Mart on Tuesdays, Winn Dixie and Aldi on Wednesdays, Save a Lot and Dollar General on Thursdays, and DFB Beach and Pier on Fridays.

We continue to provide residents the accessibility to transportation services while following CDC guidelines, adhering to sanitation/disinfection procedures, capacity limitations, maintaining social distancing, and requiring the wearing of masks/facial coverings on the buses.  Thank you for your cooperation.
