Winter is Coming to Deerfield Beach

Come and celebrate the holiday magic with the City of Deerfield Beach Parks and Recreation Department!

The holiday magic kicks off on Saturday, December 9th with the annual Winter Wonderland at Villages of Hillsboro Park, 4111 NW 6th St., from 11:00am to 2:00pm. Enjoy two giant snow hills, a trackless train, a giant snow globe, holiday treats, and a wood workshop courtesy of Home Depot and of course, a special visit from Santa!

Then head on over to the Snow Day Festivities at the Oveta McKeithen Recreational Complex, 445 SW 2nd St., from 2:00pm to 6:00pm for a day full of activities and rides for all ages! Climb a rock wall, jump in the bounce houses, ride the train rides, enjoy face painting, arts & crafts, cupcake decorating, and best of all …. SNOW! Don’t miss out on the chance to see and snap a photo with Santa!

The holiday festivities wrap up on Saturday, December 16th, at the annual Winter Frost Festival at the Highlands Community Center, 511 NE 44th St., from 11:00am to 3:00pm. Join us for fun and entertainment, a bounce house, tasty treats, arts and crafts, and games.

All events are free; food and beverages are available for purchase.
